Imran Khan’s Sister Uzma Gets ‘Conditional’ Permission to Meet Ex-PM in Adiala Jail

Amid growing concerns about Imran Khan’s health and repeated complaints from his family that they were not being permitted to see him, authorities on Tuesday allowed his sister, Uzma Khanum, to meet the former prime minister inside Adiala Jail.

Uzma expressed relief at finally receiving permission for the visit and stated that she would speak to the media after returning from the prison. Meanwhile, PTI supporters held demonstrations outside the Islamabad High Court even as Section 144 remained in effect in the area.
