Dr. Umar Nabi Bought 20 Quintals of NPK Fertilizer Using ₹20 Lakh For IEDs

In a major revelation linked to the Delhi 10/11 Red Fort blast, investigators have found that Dr. Umar Nabi purchased 20 quintals of NPK fertilizer using ₹20 lakh. The probe uncovered that accused individuals — Dr. Muzammil, Dr. Adeel, Umar, and Shaheen — collectively arranged ₹20 lakh in cash, which was then handed over to Umar Nabi. He reportedly used the funds in Gurugram to procure fertilizer worth ₹30 lakh, which was later utilized for preparing improvised explosive devices (IEDs).
