PM Modi Slams British Empire in Colonial India, Upholds 'Vande Mataram' And Freedom Fighters

He highlighted that even during the 1905 partition of Bengal, 'Vande Mataram' stood as a resolute symbol of resistance and unity. The Prime Minister also noted that the iconic song will complete 150 years of its inception in 2025, honouring the sacrifices of freedom fighters who upheld it as a call for independence.
